1. Requesting Refunds:

We understand that circumstances may arise that necessitate a refund. We offer a full refund in the following cases:

a. Non-Attendance: If you decide not to attend a session, we can provide a full refund, provided you inform us at least 24 hours before the scheduled session.

b. Session Cancellation: In the event that we have to cancel a session for any reason, a full refund will be processed automatically. We will notify you promptly in such cases.

c. Session Postponement: If we need to postpone a session, and the rescheduled time is inconvenient for you, you are eligible for a full refund. We will make every effort to communicate any changes well in advance.

d. Payment Error: If you accidentally make duplicate payments for the same session, please contact us immediately. We will verify the transaction and process a full refund for the duplicate payment.
